This Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for refunds for payments processed through Tamilarasi Pay's payment gateway services.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:
- Failed Transactions: If a payment is deducted from your account but the transaction fails to complete, a refund will be automatically initiated within 24-48 hours.
- Double Charges: If you are charged twice for the same transaction, the duplicate charge will be refunded upon verification.
- Merchant Refunds: For refunds related to products or services purchased from our merchant partners, the refund policy of the respective merchant will apply. Tamilarasi Pay will process the refund as instructed by the merchant.
Refund Process
To request a refund, you can:
- Use the "Track Payment" feature on our website to check the status of your transaction
- Submit a dispute through our "Raise Dispute" form

When requesting a refund, please provide the following information:
- Transaction ID or Reference Number
- Date of transaction
- Amount paid
- Payment method used
- Reason for refund request
Refund Timeframe
Once a refund is approved, the processing time depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- UPI Transactions: Refunds are usually processed within 1-3 business days.
- Net Banking: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
- Digital Wallets: Refunds are usually processed within 1-3 business days.
Refund Limitations
Please note the following limitations regarding refunds:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Any transaction fees or service charges may not be refundable in certain cases.
- For international transactions, currency conversion rates at the time of refund may apply, which could result in slight variations in the refunded amount.
Cancellation of Recurring Payments
If you have set up recurring payments through our Service, you can cancel these at any time by:
- Logging into your account and managing your payment settings
- Contacting our customer support team
- Contacting the merchant directly
